The standout for me was the care from the staff. Ezekiel was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, and Monday kept my room spotless and neatly arranged every day. The food was excellent, too, and everyone was friendly. The place felt clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and my stay ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

My room on the sixth floor felt cramped, with little leg room, and the restroom door could be awkward for larger people. Still, I enjoyed my stay. The elevator worked well, the power stayed on with a smooth switch to the generator, and both the meals and service were lovely. It’s handy for events on the island, near the civic center and within walking distance of landmark event centre.

Ezekiel’s hard work and attentiveness really stood out to me. The staff were courteous, professional, and happy to help, and housekeeping was prompt. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, the breakfast was delicious, and the surroundings were calm. The amenities helped make the stay relaxing. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Inn and would recommend it for comfort and quality. Keep it up!
