The noise was awful, with a lot of Yahoo boys around, and the fan they brought in just blew hot air. There was no electricity, and the receptionists were rude with no hospitality at all. Rubbish. I’d pick House10 at Ajao Estate over this place. This is an honest review, though you can try it and see for yourself.

Parking is the main problem here, since you may have to leave your car on the road. The place isn't huge, but the interior is nicely furnished, decent, and smells good, and the rooms are well looked after. It's secure and has a lovely, quiet atmosphere. The solar system keeps the power on around the clock, even when the main grid goes out. Awesome!

The rooms are air-conditioned, and the staff are courteous and always willing to help. It’s clean, secure, and beautiful inside and out, with power throughout the day. There’s an in-house bar where drinks are very affordable, and it’s a nice place to relax. Seems safe for families and friends staying together.

There’s a bar and restaurant, plus spacious rooms in several categories. The reception was warm and courteous, and the ambience was cool, with security on site. The gym equipment wasn’t really working, though, and parking is limited. Along Tafawa Balewa Crescent, it stands out among the hotels there, with a multi-storey building, distinctive exterior design, and numbered apartments.
