The rooms are old and full of water mold. They never switched on the AC, despite making us think they would before we checked in. There were mosquitoes everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I don't see how this can be called a four-star hotel when it has no gym and is missing other things you'd expect from a four- or five-star place. The rooms don't meet that standard either. I'd rate it two or three stars.

The toilet facilities and surroundings are cool and peaceful. But the rooms are very small, and the AC is old. For rooms costing 9k, I think they could do better.

The place has gone downhill since it opened, even though I was among its first customers. Power isn't reliable enough for the air conditioning, and the pool and bar areas are often crowded with noisy neighborhood boys and girls. The management acts like a headmaster, pushing guests toward an overpriced kitchen with food I don't find appetizing. They also won't let customers bring in their own food or drinks. I saw a gate attendant seize a customer's food and throw it away, with the manager backing him up. The grounds are dirty, and even if you've paid ahead, the receptionist may have no idea when you arrive. The hotel needs a full reorganization.
