The area was peaceful and quiet, but still easy to get to. I was only there for a few hours visiting my sister, who was staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and keen to help. They did seem to have a lot on their hands at times, so service calls weren’t always answered right away.

The staff made a warm impression as soon as I arrived and went out of their way to help. My room was nicely put together, comfortable, and practical, and there were plenty of amenities. Its central spot works for business or a getaway, and the service was impeccable. I’d happily recommend staying here.

I liked the place enough to come back in July, 2024, this time for four nights in a Classic room at 30k per night. It was worth it. On my first visit, I spent three nights in a Classic Mini room for 25k a night. Everything worked as it should, including the lighting, air conditioner, TV, and water. The room was tidy and well kept, with bright white towels and sheets. Staff were friendly and courteous, the food was good, and the prices felt reasonable. It’s a nice quiet place to stay.

I’m still staying here as I write this, and the intercom has been out the whole time. For two days they’ve said they’d fix it. At 35k for the room, I have to leave my room or use my own phone to call reception whenever I want to order food or drinks. KSF Place is coasting on its past reputation. I won’t come back.

The meals were the one real letdown. Even ordering à la carte, I never got food on time, whether it was delivered to the room or ordered at the restaurant. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, each suite felt private, and the space was managed well. There’s a pool and gym, and having two standby generators is a smart idea. It felt like a great home away from home.
