Mitos Luxury Suites -Bode Thomas

For the price, it’s a good deal. It’s in a gated neighborhood in a great location, with lots of eateries nearby and easy access to public transport.

I spent the whole week here and the electricity never went off. The rooms are worth it, the place is beautiful and calm, and I absolutely adore the customer service. The location is great too, with anything you want close by. I highly recommend it.

We were meant to have a three-day staycation, but left after the first night. The ambience was exquisite and the location serene and lovely. The room gets an 8, though the TV and AC remotes didn’t work. The hotel itself felt nice and homely, but the staff and service get zero. The receptionist wasn’t welcoming, greeted us with a frown, and didn’t engage much. Room service was also poor. The fair, short lady who served us on 30-31st March 25 was rude and nonchalant, with bad customer service and body language that made us uncomfortable. There was no smile or engagement. She served cold water for our Lipton tea at breakfast, and the toast we requested came untoasted. No apology either.

A standard hotel with nice food and neat interiors and exterior.
