Been here lately? I think you should check it out. They have an elevator, ensuite rooms, and reception, plus space for conferences, meetings, events, and ceremonies.

The rooms are well ventilated and have cool aesthetics, the pool water is crystal clear, and the place is maintained to a high standard. The staff and food were great too. A big thumbs up to management, please keep it up.

I went there for an induction and enjoyed my stay. When I was upset because my room wasn’t ready, the receptionist handled it professionally and gave excellent customer service. I checked out this morning, and they really exceeded my expectations. One of the best.

I ended up extending my stay after the receptionist responded so warmly when I complained that my room hadn’t been tidied. I think her name was Rejoice, and she’s very good at what she does. Management should appreciate her. This is one of the best hotels I’ve visited, with top-notch service. Thank you.

The food was good, but the rooms were stuffy and untidy, and the whole place felt poorly maintained and unattractive. The soakaway smell was unpleasant, the toilets stank, and some toilet fittings were broken. Customer service was poor, the wall signs were full of spelling mistakes, and it was too expensive.
