No 95 suites & Apartment

Dear Owner of No. 95 Suites, VI, I’ve stayed at your VI hotel several times before and have always valued the calm atmosphere and excellent staff service. I was there for about a week this time, but four days into the stay the internet went down. It was still out more than 48 hours later, on the third day, with no fix or clear update. The team didn’t seem very urgent about resolving it, and “they were working on it” was the only answer I got, even after I explained the problem several times. I chose the hotel so I could work during my trip, and the outage meant I missed an important Friday call and another one the next day. Reliable internet matters a lot for foreigners like me who come to Lagos to work, especially since I don’t have a Nigerian SIM card. It was frustrating that staff offered to share their personal internet so I could open the app and pay the hotel, but didn’t offer similar help with the work problems caused by the outage. It left me feeling that payment mattered more than helping guests through the disruption. As a returning guest who appreciates the comfort and quality here, I’m raising this in case management doesn’t know how disruptive it was. I hope it’s addressed promptly so guests who rely on a stable connection can count on the hotel’s usual standards. I checked in with a friend whose stay was originally extended until October 4th. I’m leaving today, and because of the internet issue, we had to find somewhere else to stay for the rest of our time in Lagos. Thanks for reading. I hope to see improvements.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with very friendly, respectful staff and unusually strong WiFi, better than I’ve found in many foreign hotels. Special thanks to the supervisor "Blessing Tom" for making our stay even more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. 🥂

We only stayed one night, and the room felt pretty small for two people, despite being called a double bedroom. It was clean, at least. The breakfast was a letdown: the jug of hot water barely made a cup, and the eggs were so tiny that we went out for another breakfast right after. I’d rather pay for a proper meal than be served these half-hearted “compliments.” They’d be better off charging guests and offering something good.

Friendly staff, a neat place, and nice akara for breakfast, but that mattress was like a rock and the bed felt like a mountain 😂😂 Please replace the mattress and make the bed lower. It’s right in the heart of Eko, though.
