Paris Suites

The noise is significantly reduced, and I liked the peaceful atmosphere. The facilities weren’t bad, and I understand there was a renovation recently. The water facilities could still be improved. I think I’ll return.

I left feeling really upset. The place was dirty, there was no water in my room, and the lighting was too poor to carry the AC. I paid #12,000 a night, but ended up leaving in the morning without a bath. I was running late to get home, so I Googled the hotel and called first. They said everything was available, but when I arrived, I was disappointed. It felt like they use tricks to take your money, then stop caring once they have it. The hotel needs to be shut down.

We checked out without bathing because there was no running water at all. The room itself was okay, but for a hotel this big, that was a huge disappointment, especially after the online reviews made me hope the reports might not be true. I told the receptionist what I had read, and nothing changed. The next morning I went to the desk twice before warning them I wouldn't come a third time. Only then did someone tell us to bring a bucket so they could fetch water for us. Very, very poor.

This was my first time there, and a bad experience. The hospitality was poor, and they kept my money because they couldn't provide a proper currency exchange service. I still haven't received my money back.
