I appreciate that the staff are kind and doing their best, but the room setup and prices really let the place down. There was no key for my room, so every time I went out I had to ask reception to unlock it with their master card, which they wouldn't let me carry. The room also looked nothing like the online photos. I paid N3000 for plain rice and chicken, and honestly it wasn't worth it. A lot could be better.

The Omole Phase 1 property needs serious upkeep, and the welcome for guests could be much better. The restaurant wasn't operating, the taps only trickled, and most staff had a very poor attitude. The gate man was the one exception, he was nice. I'd rate the place 4 out of 10.

I stayed in room 107, right by reception, from Dec 5-6, and the noise from there and the hotel entrance was really upsetting. The AC barely cooled the room, so I was hot and got bitten by mosquitoes. They only provide toilet roll, no soap at all. This is a warning to the public. There are plenty of places in town, and only their father, the devil, knows why they do this. ???????

I was in room 116 for a week. Having electricity constantly, from the power supply or generator, made the stay okay. The staff were excellent and worked hard, though the room needs a few fixes: its AC wouldn't cool and dripped water, the extra fan was faulty and loud, and it needs at least four wall sockets. I also saw some mosquitoes in the room.

The internet was fast, but getting the TV going took ages, and even after it worked, the signal dropped about every 10 minutes. The room was small, almost like a cubicle, and nowhere near the large room shown when I booked online.
