Presken Castle

I really liked this apartment accommodation. It was a lovely stay, and the manager on site was a good person.

The setting is peaceful and the staff are courteous, but the towels are unappealing and need replacing. The internet wasn’t working either. And that free breakfast is a big scam, it’s basically tea, bread and an omelette.

The secure neighborhood is a real plus, and the location makes it easy to get around with peace of mind. They also wash guests’ cars very early, which saves me the hassle of finding a car wash. There’s a pool and a working gym guests can use, and breakfast is included with every room category. The rooms are good and the service is nice. Staff could be better trained and more coordinated, and management needs to pay closer attention to maintenance. I had a great experience.

It’s still very affordable compared with nearby hotels, and the setting is nice, accessible, and well located. The staff I met were friendly. But the hotel needs a lot of work: the bed linen and towels should be changed, and the rooms smell awful and need proper air fresheners. The meals also need improvement, and they’re not worth the prices they charge. I left a small bag behind and they never called me, so I wondered why they had my contact details.
