Presken Hotels Fajodd4

Their food is a must try, and the prices are affordable. The staff and management at Presken Fajodd-4 are courteous, well trained, and always smiling at customers. My experience was a 9 out of 10. I hope the other branches are the same, since I’d love to try them too. Thank you, Presken Fajodd-4.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, from reception and the waitress to the cleaners and security. I was overwhelmed by how hospitable they were. The manager also helped arrange a taxi for me. I’ll stay here again.

I came back for another stay and the service had fallen shockingly. I’m changing my old four star rating to one, and I won’t return. Staff were unfriendly and indifferent unless they thought someone was rich or influential. The restaurant kept calling to promote its service, but when I ordered, the food took ages. Some staff behaved unprofessionally, and I had to call repeatedly to get service. Even the fish tank I used to like has lost its sparkle, which sums up how much things have changed. It’s a real shame because the hotel has potential and the rooms are beautiful. We’d planned a longer stay but left early, since there was no point spending money somewhere we were treated coldly and pushed down the list. The outside doesn’t look great, but inside it’s lovely. There’s a welcoming fish tank in reception and the restaurant, and the rooms are clean and professional. Reception staff used to be prompt. I liked the music in the bar, though you can hear it in rooms facing that way. The restaurant, lounge, and outdoor bar by the pool gave guests somewhere to relax beyond their rooms. It’s in a quiet but lively area off Allen avenue, with plenty of shops and services nearby. The wifi was poor, the area’s signal wasn’t great, and housekeeping could be slow.

I stayed two nights on the fifth floor. There’s no lift, and the stairs are unevenly laid out, so going up and down was stressful.
