The event hall is a real highlight, roomy, modern, and set up well for conferences, weddings, or private events. There’s also an annex next to the main hotel with a more relaxed feel and a somewhat lower cost, while still offering good service and comfort. I found the staff friendly and efficient, and the restaurant had a good range of meals. The premises were clean throughout, though room service slowed down at busy times. The main hotel itself felt both elegant and comfortable, with well-furnished rooms and a peaceful atmosphere that could suit work or a leisure stay. It’s a dependable place with useful facilities and an easy setup for guests and event organizers.

The food was good, and the staff were polite. Rooms and event halls are affordable, and security is on point. Parking at the old site is limited.

Breakfast was awful. There were plenty of staff around, but none of the hot food had a flame underneath to keep it warm after it was brought out. They started arguing with each other loudly and getting angry, which came off as really unprofessional. There wasn’t even a coffee or tea maker in the room, something I’d expect as a basic hotel amenity. Customer service overall was very poor. I feel bad for the hotel’s owner, given how little the staff seemed to understand about serving customers.

The staff, especially in the kitchen, gave us really poor service. They had no manners, and most of the food they served us was cold.
