I arrived late while we were travelling back to the US the next day, so moving five suitcases and finding somewhere else wasn't really an option. The room looked fine at first, but the shower was already getting moldy and mildewed. Then I saw the sheet slipping off the bed and the mattress underneath looked stained and nasty. It made my skin crawl, and I didn't want to lie on it. The cleaning needs to keep up with the shower, and the hotel should replace the mattress or use a cover so it doesn't look like that.

It's easy to find, and the place is neat and peaceful, a nice break from all the hustle and bustle. The rooms were amazing, and the service was top notch. I really didn't want to leave.

The warm, welcoming staff and 24-hour support made this feel like a home away from home. Quince Garden Hotel is a lovely, quiet place to rest. I enjoyed my stay so much I almost didn't want to leave.

A very new facility in a quiet neighbourhood, with lovely rooms and plenty of space. The hotel is neat and the staff are receptive. They honoured the reservations made. Service was okay, though it could improve. I was very impressed with the facility.
