The waterfront view is really beautiful, and the live band was sublime. The restaurant's buffet was excellent, with fantastic food, plus as many glasses of wine as you can drink and Chapman too. A 10/10 experience.

Our room and its view were beautiful, and we loved every minute at this place. The lounge and bar were 10/10. Every staff member we met was smiling and treated us well. We'll definitely be back. By the time our client's event took place, it was clear there was no real coordination inside the hotel. The team didn't deliver what had been promised, and the stress could have been avoided. For more than a month, as we tried to book and organize an event for iTrain Africa on January 17th, we dealt with delays, confusion, broken agreements, and incompetence. Communication was unreliable, with different staff giving conflicting information. People made commitments and then ignored them, leaving us to chase basic details. There was no urgency, accountability, or respect for our time or our client. It was obvious that the sales team cared only about meeting its target. I'm writing this deliberately so management understands how unacceptable the service was. If this is how clients are treated, the hotel is overdue for a serious review of its leadership and operations.

I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The place was organized, and the security staff were polite but alert, which gave me peace of mind during my visit. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and professional, and made sure we had what we needed without delay. The restaurant's food was fresh, well prepared, and full of rich flavor. The drinks were refreshing and went well with the meal too. It was a great experience across the food, drinks, service, and security. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable, safe meal.
