Sese Cottage Hotel

The place was clean, with comfortable surroundings and tidy rooms. The staff were experienced and accommodating.

The power was on, and when it went out they switched on the Gen right away. The room I shared with my college was clean and more than big enough. My only complaint is that the meals are terribly expensive.

The rest of the stay was palatable, but the service at reception was very disrespectful. No one called about the complementary breakfast or told me whether I should call them or expect them to call me. The bronze room’s air conditioning smelled very dusty whenever it was turned on, and there was no regulator or remote. They also had no food menu, for reasons that aren’t the customer’s concern, so you had to go to the front desk to order and face more disrespect. You had to beg for the complementary breakfast too, for reasons only management knows.

The place stays clean and tidy, with reliable water and electricity, and security is always alert. The lady managing it is always smiling and checking how you’re doing, and the staff are friendly and caring too. It’s affordable as well, so I’d recommend it to anyone.
