The beds were well made, the sheets clean, and laundry service was good. The rooms are narrow and a bit small, though the AC works perfectly and there’s a fan as well. The toilets need attention, even though they work. I also found the reception welcoming, the location well planned, the floors clean enough, and security good.

The location is good, and the staff and housekeeping were good too. But my second night’s room had no bathroom light and no running water from the tap. The AC dripped inside, the bedside fridge didn’t work, and the towels were old.

There are large beds that work well for families, and the hotel is in a quiet area. It could be a good fit depending on your budget. Festival Mall and other nice places nearby make for an easy day out before returning to the hotel to rest.

It’s 1:30 am, to be precise, and I’m standing here trying to book another hotel. Bedbugs ruined my sleep. I woke up from their bites and found them all over the bed I’d been sleeping in. Jesus.

I came from Abuja and the place was a mess. The light was dim, the AC didn’t cool, the television had no picture, and the mosquitoes were awful. Nothing worked, so I checked out at midnight and went to another hotel. Management disappeared instead of sending anyone to talk with me. If you’re in Festac, please avoid this place.
