The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very good. I was impressed by the service too, though the toilet tiles were a bit dirty.

If you’re after the cheapest option, this might be the place. The room shown here costs ₦6,200, and they also have rooms for ₦5,000. I wouldn’t stay long, though. There are so many mosquitoes at night that you wake up to little blood streaks on the sheets, likely from the few you squash while tossing and turning. The generators don’t run all day and night. They come on around 6 in the evening and go off around 2 a.m. If the public power is out then, good luck. And yes, the mosquitoes are still there. If you have a car, find somewhere else to park, because driving it here could mean a big payday for your mechanic. The food is terrible, when the kitchen has any at all. Luckily, it’s Ikotun, where there are several good local eateries on the main road. That’s your best bet for meals. It’s up to you in the end, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. 🚶🏾‍♂️

The setting is calm, but the rooms don’t feel very welcoming.

I pass through early in the morning and late at night most of the time. It’s fairly clear now, especially at night, when it used to be blocked with traffic all the way to ori OK.
