The Autograph Basics Hotel

I thought the rate was fair since the hotel was only a five-minute walk from where I needed to be that morning, so I agreed to pay 35,000 even though my online reservation had quoted about #17,000. They said they hadn't offered a room at that rate for ten years. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive until around 1am. I was exhausted and hungry, and only looked over the room at first, not the bathroom. When I went to shower, I found broken tiles, rusty taps and shower, and a stained toilet. The bathroom was in terrible shape. I paid 35,000 to sleep for less than seven hours, and nobody should have to deal with that.
