The Lodge by Kabachi

A good deal for the money, with a handy central spot near Lagos’s best places. The restaurant and bar were fine, and the staff were pleasant. There’s no gym, pool, or spa, so for a longer visit you may want to look elsewhere. I’d say it’s best for a couple of days.

The food selection was a highlight, with African, Continental, Oriental, and local dishes, and the menu was top notch. The staff were friendly, polite, and well trained, and I really enjoyed the hospitality and fantastic service. It’s a cozy, beautiful lodge in a peaceful setting.

The food was so good, I really love a great meal and this place delivered. I’ve already been telling friends and coworkers about it, and I can’t wait to go back. A friend recommended the lodge, and I’m glad I took their advice. It was easy to find, and the staff were kind from the gate through to the welcoming front desk. The rooms felt warm, with nice paint colors and furniture arranged in a cute way. The bathroom and toilet were very clean, and the bed was comfortable with clean bedding.

The deluxe room was a reasonable size, though I expected it to be a bit bigger. It was clean, the lighting was just right, and the staff were nice. The food was well cooked and seasoned, with a portion that felt right for the price. The corridor is narrow, and reception only has a tiny corner. I’d give the lodge four stars.
