The mattress was the biggest problem. In the first room it was so hard I couldn’t get out of bed, and the second room had a hard bed too. Staff brought over a mattress from another room, which made things manageable. Even the employees said it was hard. We should have left. This is the last time I’ll put loyalty ahead of being comfortable. There were also lots of ants in our pizza, and the strong smell makes sense now. The toilet leaked from the back. The food was the least of my worries. My husband asked them to cut the chicken for me the first time only because it would take less time to cook. It wasn’t about whether the meat was hard or soft, which he didn’t even know about. We’d stayed at your hotel before because the old location was a good experience. This was our first visit to the new location by the airport, and I was very disappointed. The employees were okay, but management didn’t show much customer service. I’ll travel to Nigeria again, of course, but I’ll never stay at your hotel again. Please don’t minimize my experience. I do not recommend this place.

I stayed for one hour, then my plans changed. They refused to refund any of the 47k NGN, not even 50/50. Worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time!!

Breakfast was really yummy, and I’d definitely come back. The location is very close to the airport, with a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance. The staff were kind and especially helpful. Suliman and Joseph made our stay really great. The manager was lovely too. She welcomed me and my family at the front desk and checked on us during the night to make sure we were comfortable.

It’s a cozy, affordable place close to the airport, with very good service overall. The food is fine, though it can take a little while to arrive. Parking is tight, but manageable. There’s power 24 hours.
