The rooms were poorly ventilated, there was no reliable electricity, and you couldn't use the AC while the generator was running. Clean water was also a problem. On top of that, the sheets hardly seemed to get changed and the staff didn't seem properly trained. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I've had. I could keep going.

There was no receptionist, and the person dealing with us acted like my friends and I were bothering them. The service was really poor, and the place smelled of weed, more like an agbero hangout. We were disappointed by what we saw in person compared with the online pictures. The toilet was faulty, the heater barely worked, and the staff were very nonchalant. I didn't enjoy the stay at all. Nothing to write home about, and management needs to look into it.

My wife and I stayed for five nights, and the sheets were the biggest problem. They were hardly changed. Even when the bed was made up with fresh ones, I suspected they might just have been moved from another room to make it look like they'd been replaced. At times we had to complain to the hotelier because housekeepers were putting used, blood-stained sheets on our bed. I could upload pictures as proof if there were an option here.

The water from my bathroom tap wasn't clean, and the facilities were just wack. The cleaners aren't doing a great job either. The hotel also seems to have a poor maintenance culture.

I had a nice stay. The staff were lovely, helpful, and happy to chat, and the customer service was great. Johnson, the Hausa man, and the new dark receptionist were exceptional.
