It’s an old estate, but it’s clean, organized, and well managed. My concern is the spread of shortlets across Lagos, especially in estates. I believe they can open the door to security breaches, so their growth should be stopped or controlled.

I liked the estate, though its streets were very narrow and nearly every one had a gate, which made getting around a bit awkward. I don’t know why they did that since there was already a main gate. It’s a residential estate, not a hotel.

The estate itself was lovely, well serviced, and had great security. The location is poor, though, and the traffic to get there is discouraging.

I arrived at night, so I couldn’t really take in how beautiful the place might be in daylight, but it seemed very welcoming. There’s room to park all kinds of vehicles, including cars, bikes, and buses. You pass through several gates, which gives a strong sense of security.
