1-bed Flat - Lekki Phase 1 - Pool - Spa - Balcony

The location is convenient, with good roads, a safe-feeling neighborhood, and easy access to other places. The staff were nice and helpful, and the place itself was decent, though the rooms and facilities could use some updating. Call ahead or check in person before paying, since the booking platforms don’t seem to line up with the hotel’s own system. We’d reserved a room in the hotel section, but it was already full when we arrived. They moved us to an apartment elsewhere. We didn’t want to start searching for another place, and getting a refund seemed difficult, so we accepted. The hotel rooms looked much newer and fresher than the apartments. The sheets and towels looked old and stained, even though they’d been washed. Restaurant service was another problem. They first said the food would take an hour, and after we’d waited almost that long, they told us there was no dispatch available. They were very unresponsive when we tried to work out another option.

The apartment was quiet and calm, and I found it very clean. The electricity was reliable and the water was clean, too. The staff were friendly and professional. They even gave me one free night during my three-day stay. I’d highly recommend going there.

We were comfortable during our stay, and the indoor pool was lovely. I also found a well-equipped gym. The hosts and staff were friendly and helpful, and security was good. We enjoyed being there and would happily return.

The power stayed on throughout, and room service was top notch. Staff were kind, professional, friendly, and always ready to help. It was an amazing experience.
