The setting is lovely. Bella Residencia by Kimberly’s Apartments feels spacious and exquisite, and the environment is nice. There’s an elevator, though anyone who likes the stairs has that option too.

I liked the location, and security is tight. I’d heard water could be an issue, but didn’t run into any trouble with it. Power stayed on most of the time too.

I spent a month in this apartment on a shortlet, and it was a great place to stay. My apartment had games and other fun activities, and the power was fully steady thanks to the generator and inverter.

Maintenance needs a lot of work. The washing machine didn't work during the 28 days I was there, and the bathroom backing up was terrible. Electricity was good for 20 days, then kept going on and off for the other 8. The elevator was out for about 5 days too. Security was okay, and the environment was fine and easy to find.

It’s a private residential development with several apartments, set in a very quiet area with great views. There’s parking in front, and the road network is good. Awesome residence!
