The ambience is beautiful, but that alone won't bring me back. Executive Home needs to improve its customer service. While I was still checked in, they called twice at midnight to wake me and ask for money. Apparently their ‘madam’ shouts if they don't collect payment daily. I thought bills were settled at checkout, not every night while you sleep. Later, when I tried to go out, they locked the gates because they wanted payment for one night, even though I said I wasn't checking out and my luggage was still at the hotel. The owner, this so called ‘madam’, hid behind her incompetent staff and called security to lock me in.
