Novabase Apartment

The rooms themselves were neat, cute and beautiful, which is why I gave three stars. The staff's attitude was a different story. I arrived to find the lift out of order, and was asked to find someone to carry my boxes up to the fourth floor. I pushed back, and someone got it working that night, but it broke again after just a few minutes. Using the stairs also showed me how dirty they were. The next day I waited over eight hours for a room change, then gave up and asked for my remaining money and caution fee back. I hope this isn't how the staff usually treat people.

The interior is simple and attractive, with a minimalist feel, and there's a reasonable amount of parking. It's a decent apartment in Lekki Phase 1, directly across from CBC towers, so it's fairly easy to find.

It's affordable and pretty good overall. Art lovers will probably enjoy the place, though I found the security staff really rude. They should look into that.

The location at Novabase is lovely, and the area was quiet and clean. The apartment was nice too, but it's showing its age and could use some updating.
