It’s easy to get around from this peaceful spot in Lekki, and it feels removed from the usual Lagos bustle. The Chrome Lagos has a calm, modern feel as soon as you enter. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished, and the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The hotel pays good attention to detail and combines comfort with good service. A lovely place to unwind.

The location was perfect, with strong security and excellent dining. I liked the environment, but I left feeling I hadn't got value for my money. When I contacted customer service to reserve, I asked about a discount that included breakfast, and they agreed. I still have screenshots of the chats. In the morning, though, I was told I wasn't eligible for breakfast. I called and messaged repeatedly, and they read my chats without replying. I don't usually call a business out, but customer service has refused to hear me out, so I'm posting this here. There wasn't a phone instruction in the room for contacting the kitchen or reception. A sheet of paper with the information was brought to me two hours later. The AC also kept going off, so I had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on.
