Suites have a separate lounge, and the rooms include fast internet, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and tea or coffee making facilities. They're spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and set up for comfort. There's also an in-room safe. The daily rate includes a complimentary full English or African breakfast.

The elevator and pool weren't working, and the hotel is old. Still, it had the essentials: hot water, steady electricity, and clean rooms and toilets. The staff were welcoming and eager to please. For a budget hotel on the island, it was nice on average.

The restaurant food is really tasty and has a distinctive touch. There's enough parking for guests, and the surroundings are peaceful. I'd say you get good value here, and it's the best hotel in the Agungi neighborhood.

My advice is to stay away for now. It's a decent building, but it's missing the essentials you'd expect from a good hotel. That could change in a few months if management, assuming there is any, fixes the place.

It's right beside the road, and the hotel is really neat and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, each has WiFi, and the staff are friendly.
