I stayed there and got a cough and catarrh because the AC wasn’t blowing clean air. The room ACs need servicing, and their air filters should be cleaned ASAP.

I enjoyed my stay here more last year than this time around. The service has got poorer, especially with the electricity, and the room I stayed in had a few problems, particularly the shower.

The check-in process was zero, and the hospitality and general staff behavior were nothing to write home about. My friend was told check-in was at 2pm and arrived then, but they didn’t let her into a room until 5pm. To make it worse, the receptionist just told her, “you’d just have to wait ma,” and didn’t seem inclined to help make things easier. Please find somewhere else!

Extremely poor service and ill-maintained rooms. I regret spending a night here. 🤕

It was a great experience. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the environment secure. Pretty affordable, too.
