They charged me twice for the same payment. I’ve been asking for a refund, but they keep saying only the manager can issue it and still won’t let me see or speak to the manager. I sent them the confirmation from my bank, yet they haven’t returned one of the two transfers.

The prices are fair, but the staff are so laid back that they come across as unprofessional. Some switches, sockets, and other electrical items don’t work, or had to be replaced with ones from another room.

The hotel is alright, and I use its hall, but the facility and grounds still need to be cleaned better despite several discussions about it. Power used to be a frequent problem. They have a new generator now, but with diesel prices going up, it isn’t being managed properly. At times I’ve had no power during hours I’d paid to use the hall.

There were dead and live cockroaches in the rooms, mold on the windows and in the bathroom, and big lizards on the windows. The room phone was disconnected. Food, especially chicken, was overpriced, and the service could have been better. Not a great place to stay.

There isn’t much parking, but the security staff are proactive and will make space if needed. They’re courteous too, and the atmosphere is cozy.
