The poolside outdoor area could work as a bar or restaurant, or just somewhere to sit and relax. The rooms are superb, and the hotel feels well secured. I probably can’t describe it all, darling, go and see for yourself.

Avoid this place. The service was terrible and the hotel was a mess. We couldn’t shower on the first night, then the AC stopped working the next night. It’s the worst hotel anyone should have to stay in.

The surroundings were neat, peaceful and secure, and the room was decent with everything working fine. The staff were courteous and professional too. I had a great stay in Makurdi, thanks to the Ropajo team for making it memorable. The food, ah, awesome! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍💯

The cabin-like feel was cozy and comfortable, but the water problem really brought down the stay. All three nights, we had to ask for water whenever we needed to wash our hands, flush or shower. Having to order for water to be pumped into the building felt like ordering food. Water is a basic amenity, so that was quite unfortunate and a big reason for my 2 star rating.

The place looks great and gives a lot of aesthetic pleasure, which makes up for quite a bit. Still, the rooms could be a little bigger for the price, and the restaurant needs more food options. It was wonderful to find somewhere like this in the heart of Makurdi. I'll definitely stay here again. 8.5/10 👍
