Good evening, sir. Thanks for responding and taking the feedback on board. My comments are based on my own stay, and I wasn't given a room with a remote for the lights. The demonstration was to switch the power switch off and on three times when the electricity changes, and then the lights come on. That same switch also controls the toilet light, so it'd be better to have those separate. I was surprised there wasn't a socket beside the bed, since that's common in hotels and at home. The food arrived cold, and they couldn't warm it properly after I complained. They acted as if they'd already done all they could. The other services were okay: the room size was fine, security was okay, and the receptionists were top notch. I'll come again for sure and give you a call. Thank you.

The restaurant food was really tasty, with prices ranging from N3500 -N12000. 💯👍🏽 We held a conference here, and the event went well, though the facilities felt average. I think there's plenty of room to improve, but the management seems proactive about upgrading them.

I came looking for a good place to stay in Ogbomosho and wasn't disappointed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the environment is child friendly too.

Customer service was poor, especially at reception. They don't allow you to bring in outside water, drinks, or food; you have to buy those from them.

The owner was very approachable and clearly values relationships. We were pleased with that, and the hotel facility was great. Kudos for the impressive customer service, open door area, swimming pool, and barbecue area. I last visited with some event planning committee members to discuss using the facilities, including the public address systems. We waited for a "guest" to finish speaking with the manager, then realized it was actually the owner.
