Zoe's International Hotel

The hotel is in a prime area, a little secluded, so it suits someone looking for a quiet, private place. The standard room is on the small side, but the bed was comfortable, and both the AC and TV worked. The water heater didn’t, though, and this was the second time it had happened when I visited. The stay was still good, with very responsive staff who care about customers. A very good experience overall, so give it a try.

The design, furnishings, and surroundings show the owner's vision well, and the food was amazing. The chef does a great job, with decent, delicious meals, including breakfast. The hotel itself is impressive, but the staff need a serious overhaul. They lack professionalism. The woman at the bar seemed forced to serve customers, stayed busy on her phone, and acted as if helping was a favor. Room service needs serious training, and the staff, including receptionists, looked unkempt and too relaxed, like they were at home in their bedrooms. Housekeeping also needs to improve and remember to leave toilet tissues and drinking water in the rooms. I’d give the hotel 4 Star.

The rooms are decent and comfortable, and the pool is a nice place to sit and relax. Restaurant service was poor, though. It took hours for the food to arrive. The staff were relatively polite compared to other hotels. Good for a business trip.

There’s plenty of space, and the interiors look lovely with really nice lighting. The staff are professional and welcoming, and Zoe makes the stay even better. They also offered free orange juice when I arrived. Definitely recommend it.
