The music fits the laid-back poolside setting so well, and the staff are warm and attentive. I really enjoyed the food too, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day or share a meal with friends.

They damaged my large box, and when I needed help, the staff weren’t very willing to assist. The pool wasn’t clean, the food tasted bland and the rice servings were tiny. The gym also lacked proper equipment.

The service was good and the location worked well, but I was disappointed by the poor quality of the first-floor room I stayed in. It didn’t match the kind of publicity the place gets.

I came in from an adjoining building and was treated very badly by the security guards. They were extremely rude. The receptionists weren’t particularly welcoming either.

I always like coming here. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is top notch.
