The main thing going for it is the location. It's in a strategic spot for enjoying GRA.

For all four nights I stayed at GRA Port Harcourt, they kept breaking their promise to repair a leak by the next day. Water came from the upstairs toilet and pooled in the room they assigned me, but they wouldn't move me to another room. They also left no towel in the room, and it took hours to get one after I asked. Breakfast was delayed and disorganized.

Everyday Check Inn Limited is a classy, attractive modern hotel in the busy, cosmopolitan heart of Port Harcourt. It's owned by the Everyday group, which also owns the popular everyday market. It's a good place to stay.

The hotel is decent, though it could use some improvements. The food was below average. Skippers Restaurant is right across from the hotel, and there's also a food court in the same compound.

The facilities are getting very dated. The TVs keep going dark by themselves every minute, the bed linens are too old, and the doors are in bad shape.
