G- throne Hotel and Suites

From the outside it looks beautiful, but inside it’s poorly maintained. My first stay was a terrible experience. They really need to maintain the hotel and train the staff properly. One star from me.

The room I got was impressively large for the price, so I took it without viewing another. Staff support was much appreciated, and the laundry service was prompt and efficient. The food tastes great, though it can take extra patience for an order to arrive. Parking is limited, so the compound may not fit many cars. There’s an indoor pool and a hall that seats over 200. The music playing all night through speakers in the indoor walkways was the most inconvenient part. One was close to my room and sounded like another guest was playing music too loudly. I think they should turn it down at night. There are a lot of 'boys' and their girls around the hotel, but they’re a bit more subdued here than at some other hotels I’ve visited.

The peaceful surroundings and friendly, attentive staff made for a lovely stay at G-Throne Hotel and Suites in Port Harcourt. My room was spacious and clean, and I also appreciated the free parking and dependable Wi-Fi. I’d recommend it.

Every person I dealt with at G-throne Hotel and Suites, from the front desk through the concierge and housekeeping, was helpful, friendly, and professional. They knew the local area and offered useful suggestions that helped me make the most of my time there. The whole team went out of their way to make my stay go smoothly.
