The food tasted excellent, though it took far too long to arrive after we ordered. The hotel was friendly, but the staff lacked professionalism. The manager, by contrast, handled overall situations professionally and responded quickly. Mosquitoes kept me awake. I caught three while trying to sleep, then spotted two more flying around when I woke up. It seemed like pest control was needed before guests were put in the room. The manager offered us a special rate if we used four rooms. Staff then charged us for breakfast, which the manager changed to complimentary. I appreciate the manager's tireless efforts, but I don't think I'll be back.

The pool was very clean, and the rooms were properly maintained. It’s a cool environment, and the staff are decent and polite.

The first sign was at the gate, where even the gateman seemed to think opening and closing it wasn't his job. At reception, they showed me one room to inspect, then put me in a different one after I paid. The heater in the room was broken, and the AC dripped water inside. A receptionist said they would bring heated water whenever I needed it. When I called, they promised to send some but never did. The manager was no help either. Very poor customer service and a really unfortunate experience. This was my first stay, and it'll be my last. If you go, please avoid ROOM 105.
