10/10 apartment service! The place is clean, the surroundings are calm, and the hospitality is amazing. I’m definitely coming back. Guys, check out the bar area and food, both are top-notch 👌

The party was amazeballs. It was held at the Good House for the Cool FM Party yesterday, in a tastefully furnished, regular-house-style multi-bedroom duplex. There’s a pool, lawn, and a large paved outdoor area, plus games including PlayStation, football, xoxo, snooker, 🍻 pong, and others. The pool is medium-sized and about 4-5ft deep. Finding it was a complete nightmare. The address says GRA Phase 8, which makes a conventional PH citizen think of somewhere around Woji road to Olu Obasanjo, but the Good House is actually behind Obiwali Int'l conference center, not far from NAF base on the way to Eliozu if you’re coming from airforce.

It’s such a peaceful, cool place, with good roads and almost no pollution. The air feels lovely and natural. I’d love to visit again.

The good house really is a good house. It feels personal and has a nice concept, with a poolside. The bar is at 18b and the good house at 18. You can book it for events. Drinks are available to buy, but food needs to be ordered in advance. I’d advise paying for catering or bringing your own food when you book the space.
