PRECIOUS E. made the restaurant and room service a real pleasure. Her menu suggestions were thoughtful, she’s good at her job, and her warm, charming smile made a difference. I enjoyed my stay at Novotel Port Harcourt, though the power supply is unstable right now. I was told it’s only a temporary issue. I’ll come back when I’m in the city again.

PEACE was polite, attentive, and professional when she served me. She got my orders right, brought them on time, and checked in without hovering. Her smile and pleasant manner made the meal enjoyable, and I’d happily recommend her service. The visit to NOVOTEL was fun, though the lift door needs a hard push to close.

The breakfast had a great mix of Western dishes and traditional Nigerian flavours, and Augustina Usman’s food was so good I went to thank her personally. I stayed two nights in February 2026 and had an amazing time. The staff and cleaners were excellent, and Ms Ngozika Okechukwu was warm and professional at the front desk. She assured me the room WiFi would be strong, and it was. My MS Teams and Zoom meetings stayed uninterrupted. This will be my hotel in Port Harcourt from now on.

The laundry service is appalling, with clothes packed in paper. And doing away with buffet dinners is unpopular, since the buffet package is one of the hotel’s main attractions. You could adjust the price to cover the cost. Hotels in your category, including Golden TULIP and Ogehi place formally Le Meriden, are doing far better. Thanks for taking my candid feedback without getting annoyed.
