Daaty Hotel

I’m still staying at Daaty Hotels for a few more days, so I’ll update this once I’m done. So far, the meals are delicious, and the staff have been hospitable, though I’m still observing. The mini supermarket inside is handy for things you need right away. There are two bars, one for smokers and one for non-smokers. I checked more than five rooms, and they all looked good. The rooms are okay, but the toilet water pressure needs attention, especially on the second floor. If you don’t like bathtubs, be careful when using them.

There’s a gift shop, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel sits in the quiet Ewet Housing Estate, so it’s a good option if you have business in Uyo. I did find the hallways too dimly lit.

There’s plenty of parking, a large swimming pool, a sports center, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel has spacious, well-furnished rooms in several categories, including single rooms, executive suites, and VIP suites. It’s a good fit for social or business events, with wheelchair access and a good access road. The restaurant has a first-class range of local and international drinks, as well as a variety of food. A very nice facility, and the architecture is impressive.

Breakfast is great, and the staff are welcoming and polite. Room prices are affordable, starting at about ₦12,000 for a standard room. There’s also a conference room that can seat at least 50 guests.
