I enjoyed my stay at Uranus House by Pointcode Hospitality. The management has changed, the power supply is steady, and the staff are professional and highly trained. The place has regained its lost glory.

The food order was handled terribly. I placed it at 11:35am, then after about an hour and a half they said the chef wasn’t around and had gone to the market for ingredients. Around 7pm I went to reception to ask them to remind the kitchen. After another two hours, I cancelled and got snacks from outside. They cancelled straight away, so it seemed they hadn’t started cooking at all. The intercom line doesn’t work either. Very poor service.

A bit old, but decent overall. The switches weren’t working, so I had to plug my laptop into a power outlet in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was decent.

Not recommended. The generator broke down and wasn’t repaired, so I had to sleep in the heat, and there was no water either. There was exposed wiring in my room. Find another hotel.

A peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, tasty food, and excellent service. Just right for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommended.
