TwoTen° Surf Home

We ended up staying almost two weeks after falling for the cozy house. It was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. Ben, the owner, looked after us really well. The garden is lovely and the ocean is only a few meters away. The area is quiet and felt very safe. We often left the house open because we were completely comfortable doing so. There are good restaurants nearby, including Nicagrill, Durchy‘s Deli, and Amahula for breakfast. My husband was especially happy with the waves, just a five to eight minute walk away. TwoTen Surfhome is easily the best place to stay here.

We had to cancel our trip because of a medical emergency. Every other place we'd booked in Nicaragua let us cancel despite having no-cancellation policies, but TwoTen wouldn't. The rooms may be nice, but that response says a lot about their attitude compared with the other places.

The property is quiet and feels tucked away, with an outdoor area for each apartment. It's right across from Ocean Market, about a 15-minute walk to Popoyo Main Break and 20 minutes to Beginners Bay, which is about as close as you can get. There are lots of food options along the nearby street, too. Ben was very nice and helpful, and the place was clean. We had a great seven-night stay.

Ben was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The spotless house had a good standard, and its location just behind the beach made it easy to reach convenience stores and places to eat. We stayed four nights at Two ten, one of the best stays of our three-month trip. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area!
