Hotel con Corazón

I could walk everywhere easily from here. The decor is lovely, and the gardens and pool area are amazing, with all kinds of hammocks and beds to lounge on. It’s a lush, chilled-out hotel, and I really liked staying here. The service was awesome, and the front desk was especially helpful with booking trips. I went kayaking, took the walking tour, and visited Masaya volcano. The walking tour disappointed me and felt like a waste of money, but the other tours were great. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, with three courses ordered from a menu. My shower was disappointing, just a small trickle of cold water, which made it hard to wash off sunscreen. The bed was huge, the pillows were plentiful and comfortable, and the towels were soft, with nice toilet paper.

I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff were wonderful throughout. The location is perfect, and I love that the profits support education in Nicaragua. The hotel also helped arrange fun activities, including kayaking and climbing a volcano, which made the trip memorable. Highly recommend!

I booked a shuttle to the main tourist spots right at the front desk, which was really convenient. Breakfast was included too, and the service was excellent. 10/10.

The laundry service came in handy during my trip, and the modest parking fee felt fair for having a secure place for the car. The hotel was spotless, with comfortable, well-kept rooms, and the staff were always ready to answer questions or suggest things to do. I could walk to local sights from this central spot, and the area felt safe, welcoming, and well maintained. I was very happy with my stay. It offered good value, comfort, and great service, and I’d recommend it to people visiting Granada.
