The hosts were the best part, so kind and helpful even though our Spanish was terrible. They handled our laundry really well, better than anywhere else on our trip, and helped us with the bus. They also let us leave our bags after checkout. Our room was spacious, and having filtered water, tea, coffee, and a kitchen was great. The location is very central, near the cathedral and main square. One thing to know: it's next to KAMAÑ, the gift shop. Google Maps sometimes places it several blocks away.

The rooms are basic, but really clean and good value. Everything in the center is within walking distance, too. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. I'd definitely stay again if I return to Leon, especially as a budget traveler.

It was noisy every night, even after midnight, and it really interrupted my sleep. The noise wasn't coming from the accommodation itself, but I still have to take off a star. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with everything working, and we could even make a casserole. The people here are friendly and helpful, and a large load of laundry costs $5. Highly recommended.
