I came back in June 2023 and got the same good price and service as before. The first-floor rooms are larger, and the beds aren’t pushed against the walls. One thing to watch for: in the interior corridor, people sit at the tables and chairs to chat, and the echo carries everything into the rooms. I also wish the mattresses were softer, they’re the hardest I’ve ever slept on. On my December 2022 stay, it was $25 a night. The place and rooms were clean, everyone was nice, and the cleaning staff were sweet. There was AC, a TV, and hot water. Breakfast cost $9 for two people. I felt safe with the big gate locked at night, and there’s a small outdoor bar. I’d stay again.

A little hidden gem in Nicaragua. The rooms are simple but clean and very nice, and both the prices and room service are excellent.

The service was unbeatable, and the place was spotless and tidy. The food was good too, especially breakfast, and the morning coffee had that homemade taste. Ask for Ulises if you can, he’s a great guy and a really good employee.

I called a day ahead so the reservation would be secure. The person at reception asked me twice for the name on it, but when I arrived, he said nobody had booked under that name. That was a really bad experience. They need to be more responsible, or hire staff who are, since people come here for the convenience of the place.
