I’m from America and was traveling with my pug. The manager was very rude about my dog, so I got a refund right away and went to hotel ROBLE. If you have a dog, I’d recommend hotel Roble instead of hotel del Sol. Your dog is family, and in my opinion someone who dislikes animals and has things to say about them shouldn’t be managing a dog-friendly hotel. I don’t know the manager’s name, but I hope the owner sees this.

I arrived after dark to find the restaurant closed, but the woman who checked me in was very accommodating. She brought a meal to my clean, comfortable room. I’ll stay again.

It’s tucked away in a peaceful spot, and I like the sense that it has a long family history. The service was friendly and discreet. The menu is quite limited and the prices are very high. The dining area could use a redecorating once their income allows. I’m sharing these comments as feedback.

It’s in a quiet area, but there aren’t many places outside the hotel to buy food. Service was good, though they weren’t flexible with requests. Even the non-smoking rooms had a cigarette smell in the hallways.
