Loli's Place

We had a terrible hotel experience. We arrived at 5 p.m. to check in for our reservation, but our room wasn't ready because the owner said she had forgotten we were coming. The place was untidy, and they didn't have clean sheets that fit the king-size bed we'd booked. They moved us to another room, but it had a small bed and no bathtub, even though one had been advertised. The owner agreed to charge $35 a night instead of $40, but at checkout she tried to charge the full rate until we showed her the email confirming the lower price. The coffee was some of the worst we've ever had, and the owners' dogs barked every night. We also asked to do one small load of laundry, but nobody mentioned a charge before we checked out. Afterward, the owner came back, angrily demanded $5, and yelled "give her the money!" over and over. I wouldn't stay here under any circumstances.
