The room was okay, especially the minibar, but the housekeeping routine made no sense. I put up the "Do not disturb" sign and they still came in to make the bed and refill the minibar. Another time I left no sign, and they refilled the minibar but didn't make the bed. At least the cleaner was friendly, even though she didn't speak English. I stayed over Christmas, and the front desk staff were the most unfriendly I've ever come across in my 40 years. I never saw them smile while working. First and last stay here.

I've stayed here at least 25 times over the past 4 years, and it's always been perfect. The staff are especially great. They make you feel welcome and bring such a strong positive spirit. Breakfast is awesome too, though I only wish I could eat more in the morning. 😅

The kitchen team and the staff around it gave better service than reception 😊. The food and drinks were great, and they can arrange a custom lunch or dinner if you ask. I was here for training and found the hotel well maintained, with helpful staff and spacious meeting rooms equipped with the stationery we needed. I liked it more than the Apeldroon branch of Van der Valk.

I had a good experience at first, with the free minibar, but the front desk service was very poor. They lost my laundry and only found it again after 4 days. After checkout, I noticed the final laundry charge wasn't on my invoice. Each time we sent laundry and paid cash, we were told we'd get a receipt when checking out. Now that I'm asking for a corrected invoice, the front desk wants proof that I paid. If I hadn't paid, would they have returned my clothes for me to collect? Please check your CCTV, because this was your staff's mistake. It's delaying my company's reimbursement claim.
