The owner was happy to talk about the church's history, and breakfast was delicious. It's a unique place, with a beautiful, spacious room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bed is firm but comfortable. We'll definitely return!

The Drents-Friese Wold is only 300 meters away and lovely for walking or cycling. We rented bikes there, and also visited Veenhuizen, which is close by. Sleeping in a little church made for a different kind of stay, and Jasper can tell you all about its history. Our room and adjoining bathroom were perfectly fine, very clean, with fresh-smelling bedding and towels, a comfortable bed, a nice high sink, and a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and ready in the kitchen opposite our room. Highly recommended, and we'll stay there again when we're in that area.

We had two lovely days and will definitely return. The B&B is beautiful and spotless, with a very friendly host, a delicious breakfast, and nice bathroom amenities. We also got good advice on cycling routes.
