Arnhem Studios

We were disappointed to find that our confirmed booking for Studio 3, with a separate bedroom and garden access, had been replaced by Studio 1. It was a basement studio without separate rooms or garden access. When we raised it, the host said, “take it or leave it and I will return the money.” That wasn't helpful, especially with alternative accommodation so hard to find at the last minute, and I don't think the response was fair or professional. There was hair and dust under the bed, adding to our discomfort. The kitchen had few utensils, and its only frying pan had a badly scratched non-stick surface that seemed unsafe to use. The only clear instructions we got were about paying the extra tax to his neighbor, because the host would be away when we arrived.
